I'm so tired of the bashing already. OMG WE TOLD U SO!11 SNAPEFANS = DENIERZ OMG.

So stupid - when canon didn't suck, then fandom decides to.

I came out of it pretty well, really. ;)

*rolls eyes* I guys nothing is ever good enough for the fandomers. It apparantly is true that they have to complain about something.

Er, are you talking about "Snape is so eviiiil!" Or "OMG Lupin isn't gay?!" Er, something along those lines? :D That's why I don't read much fanfiction, more than anything.

In my little corner of the HP fandom, there is no bashing going on. (Indeed; the 2.3 members of the "We are Convinced Voldemort and Orochimaru are Twins Seperated At Birth" are quite pleased with the book.)

The splooge, the splooge.

Yup; there's the requisite Snape bashing (and the haha's we get, but oh, we'll get to laugh right back HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA in the seventh book. I'm certain about it) and there's a honking truck of Ginny and Tonks bashing.

And it's weird, because I always thought fans liked Tonks.

I did too, but I did something I normally don't do and that was to traverse the various communities in search of discussion. Off the top of my head, the three treated most harshly post-HBP would be Snape, Tonks, and Ginny. I think so...

And it was all stemming from particular ships. ;_;

I thought this book was about the wizarding world.

All of it - but it's coming from the fans that are thinking they were right about the dubious idea that OMG, SNAPE IS TEH EVOL! and the fact that Sirius/Remus is forever dead in canon now. =P

Tonks is getting shafted.

God, I know. Combined with Furuba and GW, it's like I end up loving whichever fandom has the most bashing. -_-
