You know there's something wrong in life when every four fics, it's Harry and Snape... and nary a Snape/Remus in sight. Or a Snape/Draco. Or a Snape/Sirius.

I think I'm beginning to feel a mutiny rising up in me...

Poor Draco. I do believe I like him even better now. The more people put someone down, dislike them, hate them, the more I like that particular person. Demonstrated by Relena, Severus, Miaka, Usagi, Tomo, and nearly all the Slytherins etc. etc.

And is there a TREND?!

Why is it that a Slytherin OFC or OMC is supremely popular!? Is it because Slytherin is seen as the 'bad' house and it's irriestably rebel-like to have a Mary Sue or Gary Stu in there? The perfect little character from Mars and turns Draco from a arrogant asshole prince into a simpering, do-gooder, psuedo-Gryffindor.

When a fic has Snape saying, "Fallow me" to Remus, instead of "Follow me"... you know the author had not bothered with a beta. That or the beta was terribly blind.

I like Chris Columbus. I like him a lot. But having Alfonso Cuaron of "Y Tu Mama Tambien" fame makes me all giddy with delight. He also directed "The Little Princess" which had been a favorite of mine when I was younger.

And now that's got the third movie... *beams* I am more than ready to camp to buy tickets. Since I'm expecting to be out of my house by then, I'll still be attending the midnight premiere like I've done with the first movie and (hopefully) will do with the second movie.

*giggles* And I'm crossing my fingers that Ewan McGregor will get the part as Remus Lupin.

Tom Felton's part in the second movie seems far more invested. I suppose the people are realizing that 'Draco' has a somewhat obsessed fan following. That boy just oozes sexuality. And the pictures that WB inundates us with! Draco! Harry! Draco and Harry facing off! Snape and Draco side by side! Snape brooding! The Slytherin Common Room!

They *want* us to be slashers. I know it. Otherwise, they're the blindest people in the world.

That or they just want to torture us.

Looking through the pictures of all the CoS shots, I keep wondering gloomily if we'll ever see Slytherin in a light other than 'future-Death-Eaters'.
