And in other news - went out to dinner with friends yesterday. Saw Dorothy for the first time since well, several months ago when I saw her on her Spring Break was it? The dessert was incredibly rich and creamy and smooth... *drools* I wouldn't mind for some more. Luckily it was shared; otherwise, I'd be in a sugar-induced stupor by now. Notvgood.

There's less than two days left. Until Then. And Then.

I think I may just go insane if Friday midnight doesn't come soon. I may just go insane if I don't crack open that beautiful, shiny binding with the crisp white pages and the thick spine that'll break my back as I carry it everywhere with me and show it off proudly. I may go insane if I don't put my nose in between it's legs and sniff the clean scent of NEW! DELICIOUS! HARRY! POTTER! FACTS!

I love my mom. Really, I do. But unfortunately, I have the feeling that once a person becomes a mom, a woman fundamentally changes. She becomes from this cool, hip person into someone who constantly harangues one in hopes of making that person into the perfect model of a fine, upstanding citizen.

She used to ride a motorcycle. Now she calls it dangerous. *sigh*

Holy shit.

I usually loathe reading interviews on paper (or net, but you get my drift) because it kind of lacks something in a real live interview. Not to mention they often add in these little italic extras in parentheses that try to emulate what actually happened during the interview, and that just irrationally pisses me off. *shrugs* I'm a weird, psycho woman.

But the BBC interview with Rowling was really interesting, and I felt I was actually listening to her speak, which was kind of nice. Rowling's Interview

These are the highlights, in my opinion. And don't worry.

It's an interesting interview, and I like it lots. And oddly enough, I feel weird spurts of inspiration. And I feel oddly relieved too.
