I'm back from an excruciating, excruciating fight with my father among other things. Behold, a green pen. And a blue one. And a red one.

I just have to say: Three million and a half thanks to wikdsushi, kitsunekaboom, and rhoddlet for help with the Ebay Scoundrel Problem. I've spent the last few weeks tracking through the post office and badgering Ebay about what my rights are, and apparently, even though it was off ebay in the end, since the person hooked me through ebay, it's protected by the FTC. I think. Secondly, the post office confirmed that it was cashed on the thirtieth of May, near two weeks AFTER the person should have gotten it. The PO also said that without valid ID that had the exact name on it, the MO couldn't have been cashed, so the B. Olayiwola has to be the person who cashed it.

I'm figuring that tracking this person down can't be that hard... so... erm... yeah. The PO says no-can-do on giving me info on the person who owns the postal box, but I'll have to figure some way around that. Am waiting for ebay to return their email, and hopefully (fingers crossed here), something will happen. To be honest, the money isn't the biggest problem, though I would definitely like my $315 back. It's just that this person has pissed me off so much. I cannot believe what a total... *fumes*

I would so do anything to meet this person face-to-face and give s/he the tongue-lashing of his or her life! >{

huushitaI'm here, I'm here. I'm back. Sort of. Will be incredibly busy until the week after this one, since the HP Symposium is happening and I haven't actually done any packing and other arrangements.

I'll be leaving Wednesday evening and arriving Thursday morning. Yay. *pause* My excitement is being somewhat suppressed by the fact that the Fifth Book disappointed me somewhat. *sighs* But will be seeing many fellow Potter-philes! And Slytherin-fans! A first, because I have yet to meet more than one in RL. Hugs to thatgirljamie for being the first!

I've finished rereading volume twenty-six of the One Piece manga, and I have to say... *sniff* Such a awesome story. It's a pity that it's not yet so beloved. Which I don't understand why. But... ^_^ I heard Funanimation got the rights to it, so I'm anticipating a Toonami Block appearance eventually. *prays* I hope so, because I absolutely adore this series.

New Series to Watch For: Bleach - Shinigami. SO GOOD. Will talk about this later.

Other series to watch for: Naruto. Is an amazing series about ninjas. Will also talk about this later.

I finally got volume eleven of Fruits Basket... I'm a little disappointed about the direction it went in this. Just a little. But the art was gorgeous, so nothing else needs to be said. Spoilers (maybe) later.

Am becoming obsessed with reading manga again. HP stopped me for about three years, but I'd completely forgotten how wonderful it is to just let your eyes drink in the imagery and then read the accompanying words. There are things that manga are capable of that words just aren't. *insane cackle*

I am, surprisingly, indifferent to my father right now. Usually I hate him after a fight, but this time... well, we'll see.
