Wonderful comments. :) At the second reading I loved this chapter even more (how can you not love the cuteness that is Kyou and Tohru? They had a lot of depth in this chapter, too, angst, happiness, humor, all of it.) Akito looks beautiful, but I'm so sad for her. I'm so hoping for a happy ending for her, and of course, hoping Shigure will be a big part of that.
I love your insights on Kagura. Kazuma is one of my favorite characters; he's just so very good, and I'd never thought much about his relationship with Kagura, but you make a good point and this scene illustrates her trust in him. Kazuma has a way of taking the "difficult" ones under his wing doesn't he?
Do you mind if I friend you? I've seen your comments on many of my friends journals and I'm familiar with you from Altar of Akito. I've also enjoyed some of your fanfic very much. :)
