Doctor Who, spoilers for S4

demeter918I finally checked out the cast list for the rest of the season, and this occurred to me.
This has probably been analysed to death, but I just noticed that Sarah Lancaster (the Foster Mother in the opening episode) is going to be back in at least the final two episodes. Does this mean that the hand with the red fingernails at the end of Last of the Time Lords is her? I can't imagine how in the world they're going to work that out, but I suppose it could just mean that she was playing two different parts. Also, hello, red fingernails. Yes, everyone and their mother probably made the connection before me. I'M SLOW, OKAY? *emotear*
Also, I ransacked youtube for spoilers prior to seeing episode 1, and I know that at one point, Rose seems to be comforting a dying Doctor. I'm wondering how that's going to play out and whether that will be their first reunion scene or not. I'm feeling ambiguous about it. It'd be dramatic, for sure. I can almost see it in my head how it'd go, with him opening his eyes and saying hello and her saying hello back... oh, the angst. How I love thee.
Am wanting more Doctor Who icons. Where shall I look?
