My laptop obviously hates me. When I try to copy files onto CD, it refuses and sticks its tongue out at me. When I do what flamika and antenora tell me to do (which was the exact same thing!), it listens quietly and is obedient to every command.

There is a funny world out there, and I'm not a part of it.

But! Now I know how to get the files onto CD! Yay! It carries much more information, which may be why people are switching... but they're not much more covenient or lighter, if that was the specific reason.

Argh.

Alrighty; off to work on homework.

Chinese New Years!

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR! The Lunar Year of the Monkey is upon us tonight, and tomorrow will be filled with celebration and love and happiness... and yeah. Because my sister isn't returning to Washington until Thursday, we're moving the dinner from Chinese New Year's Eve to Chinese New Year itself, though it's almost always the Eve that we celebrate.

And the Secret I've been dying to tell everyone? Thursday or Friday, depending on how forthcoming the invitee is going to be about it all.

Last Exile makes me all girly.

I've seen the first two episodes of Gungrave... oh, alright, three or four. Whatever it is, I'm really confused. The quality isn't the greatest, which may be why I'm having a hard time figuring out what the subtitles are saying, and though the storyline seems interesting, until I get a better copy, this is just not going to happen for me.

Everyone must see Scrapped Princess. The angst potential just boils in this anime, and one very pleasant aspect was that they kept it to 24 episodes instead of trying to stretch it to 26 with filler and extra scenes. XD I love it when they do that, because those recap eps are the bane of my existence. And the Shannon/Pacifica possibility? There's scores of sequels ready to be born out there, if the anime would just show.

What am I doing? -_- Back to work.
