On a separate note, yes, I'm twenty-three! Or rather, I turned twenty-three yesterday! My Golden Birthday of sorts. I had a very, very quiet birthday since most of my friends had plans for the evening and I couldn't very well ask them to cancel when I was so poor at planning. It's funny; back in the states, I used to go all out for my birthday, planning every little detail. Now, I was just texting people to tell them to show up for dinner. And just how is that going to happen when I do it six hours before? Poor planning on my part. -_-;;

Away to Tokyo!

I'm off to Tokyo again this Friday! I'll be there from Saturday morning to Wednesday morning for the orientation of Group A of the new JETs. I imagine I'll get some shopping in, but not a lot. Most stops will probably involve Ikebukuro and their infamous doujinshi shops, Harajuku and the fabled Land of Shopping, Shibuya for some Apple Store loving (and to fix my gorram (haha!) miniIPOD who has stopped working on me), and Akiba, for some electronic-slavering.

Does anyone have a hankering for something? I'll be going home in August, so nothing would be sent out until I get back stateside on August 12.
