Note to all HP fans on my flist (which... is... everyone??): I'll be spoiler-free (not even to speculate or to squeal about some detail I've read) until three days following the release. Then it'll be up to the magic of lj-cut and it's lovely properties.

Then again... I'm definitely not HP's biggest fan anymore. ;_;

Much hope for Snape. =P

You know you're thinking of HP when you start fantasizing about who's going to die. Ah, the good old days.

XD OMG I LOVE YOU.

I, too, have much hope for Snape! *bounces on the balls of her feet* And Malfoy; what exactly will he be like now that Daddy's gone? *dreads and anticipates eagerly*

I hope Draco becomes an effectual villain; it bothered me so much that he was like some swotty little fly that buzzed around Harry's ear. Ineffectual villains in general bother me. ;_;

OMG, the Snape. I will do so much if Snape has a larger-than-usual spot in the book.

*laughing out loud*I think we share the same belief on this one :-)

I'm hoping someone can send me an HTML or text version that I can read on my computer since I can't read hardcover book. But we'll see. I'm not actually going to rush to read it... but then I said that the last time too. I just want to know who DIES!

I may or may not have been spoiled by that kerfluffle a few months back with The Sun, but yeah, I so want to know who dies... but for the first time, I'm holding myself back from spoilers. XD I knew Sirius died before I read the book when the fifth one came out, but this time around, I'm going to go in with virgin eyes.

How soon do text versions come out after the release of the book?

Thankfully I missed that kerfuffle. But it's good to read with virgin eyes.

Usually a few hours. It's a race between OCR scanners who can get it out fastest. heh. I always buy the softcover book when available but usually I don't want to wait that long to read it so I'm justified in my reading a text version ;-)

The pain of working in a bookstore... there are a hundred boxes of HP books in our storeroom just sitting there taunting us.

Dear gods. That would kill me. I would be forced to burgle.

Couldn't you have, like, a secret pact among storekeepers to just open them and read the damn things? @_@;; I'd at least try it if it wouldn't probably get me arrested and thrown into prison.
