There is much I could rage about, but this post says it better.

Or maybe not. Either way, my hands are still trembling and I'm feeling like there's some joke going on, some nasty joke that's not so funny to anyone else, but to the person, it's hilarious. Like ants on honey hilarious.

What is wrong with Bush? No, I mean this seriously.

Exactly what was said. He can't fathom poverty. It's a concept as foriegn to him as something like astro-physics is to me. And it's horrible.

What doesn't make sense to me is that his platform was Compassionate Conservatism, but if he can't be compassionate, then what was the point? Essentially, I've seen him pose. That's it. He poses and he takes pictures and he does photo-ops. But where are the bills and laws and attitudes that would prove that though he's an idiot, he's at least a nice idiot?

At least some of my friends who voted for him are suddenly seeing the light.

Bush has a conservation of compassion confused with a compassionate conservatism

Exactly. He's not just a bad president; he's a bad man. Maybe he can't be blamed for all the incompetence in his administration, but he is the figure head, he is the leader, and he is doing a piss poor job.

Though I've wanted him out of office since the beginning in 1999 when he started campaigning, I always considered him to be just someone somewhat... stupid. Not a bad guy overall (I mean, in comparison. He's a man with many prejudices and misconceptions, but so's my dad.

But lately, I'm following the same line of thought. That Bush is nothing but a mold of all the things of the people surrounding him and the people surrounding him ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE.

I suddenly feel for the descendents of this family.

In the end, I don't think I was too surprised either, but it just enraged me so much. He flaunts his compassion and he expects us to believe him? And the right-wing bloggers think we're delusional.
