Rose and Bad Wolf

The new episode was so crazy and wonderful that this didn't occur to me until now.
Where is the 'Bad Wolf'?
With last weeks ominous end, I totally thought there'd be a lot more Rose Tyler and the Vortex-related hints. But there weren't any at all. None at all. Well. The Doctor is 'maybe' regenerating. Considering the first full (and last) encounter with Bad Wolf was with Nine regenerating into Ten, I wonder if this was hinting at something in particular. Someone told me the crazy theory that Christopher Eccleston is coming back for one episode (which I totally don't believe, as much as I might hope) and the even crazier idea that John Simm would be back for an episode. And the craziest idea of all; Ten splitting into two.
Hm.
So.
Where is the Bad Wolf?
Also, WHAT IS THE HAND AT THE END OF The Last of the Time Lords? That woman's hand with the red fingernails clutching at the Master's ring. Are we ever going to resolve that?
Next week's episode is 65 minutes long. I hope that's enough time to fix all these plot points.
... I am so going to miss RTD. I like these kind of stories that are cracktastic and sometimes they make absolutely no sense, but it's fun anyways. Sometimes, I'd rather have fun than clever.
My head is aching, just a bit.
