I'm reading this new manga called Bleach! and I absolutely adore it. The story is incredibly funny and sad and the art is fantastic. As of now, there's seven volumes out, and the eight should be coming out in July or August. There's an understated romance in it. Those who can read between the lines will just squeal at the two protagonists, and there are a bevy of cool supporting characters. People will like the drawing, because the girls aren't necessarily long-legged, big-eyed beauties, and one of the most kick-ass male characters is this older man who would *definitely* not win any awards, but he is awesome anyways.
I hope it gets translated into English so others can rad it too.

Date: 2003-06-26 06:49 am (UTC)I was going through my old stored fics, and I found your fic there, the Symphony thing, actually. I've been having cravings for Snape/Lupin fics [for the nth time!] ever since Sirius died [I actually rejoiced, when he died...but don't tell my friends, they'll kill me]...and I suppose this is an awfully cliche thing to say, but your fic [the symphony...] was one of the first ones I've read [this pair really hit off with me, way before H/D did], and since the POA was released, I've always believed Remus and Sevvy belonged to each other.
Anyway, off to the point of this comment: will you never finish the symphony thing? I loved that fic before, and I still do, and it's such a shame you never finished it.
Really.
So anyway, I do hope you reply to this. I'll be checking out your livejournal.
