Yes, I really think they're bullies. That business in one of the books (I don't have them with me) about changing people into canaries using the "Canary Creams"? Not funny.
The "Ton Tongue Toffee"? Very seriously not funny - they use their magic against Dudley, knowing that Dudley can't fight back. OK, he's foul, but does he deserve that particular kind of torture?
Repeatedly projectile vomiting in a public place? Not even remotely funny and probably a hazard to health.
Testing those Skiving Snackboxes on first years? Very seriously dangerous and not at all amusing.
No, I think they're a pair of very nasty pieces of work.
HAHAHAHAHA! XD Well I tend to like the characters that are manipulative and good at entertaining themselves through their own talents. I understand how their selfishness can be construed as nasty and mean-spirited, and truth be told -- I probably wouldn't find myself enjoying the company of this kind of person. I remember finding them amusing, but I really despise the characters that rely almost entirely on others for a source of moral support and never learn how to fend for themselves. *coughs* Harry *coughs* He was so wimpy and negative in the last book that I was wondering how 6 years at Hogwarts did him any good. -_-
